New Raid: "Heavenfall Cataclysm"

 16-player raid where angels and demons battle for dominance in Sardinis' Citadel.

• Dynamic Mechanics:
  • Players align mid-fight with either Sardinis' Allies  or Baal's Infernal Legion 
  • Final boss changes based on winning faction (???? vs. Demon Duo).
• Rewards:
  • A new set of demonic robes OR angelic garments set to boost resistances. 

Class Balance

Elemental Mage

• "Voltage IV" MP cost reduced from 120 -> 80. 

Monk

• Entropy Guard added as a learnable move, unlocked at Level 25+. Complete the quest, "But For Us, Too" by speaking to the Old Sage to obtain this skill.

Warrior

• Precision Strikes have a reduced variance in their damage (5%-> 10%)
• Removed Bleed proc from the move Sever until values are adequately adjusted.

World & Quests

• New Zone: Citadel Zone
• New Corresponding Zone Quest: "Canary in a Coal Mine".

 Bug Fixes

• PvE: Fixed exploit letting players disguise as demons in battlegrounds.
• Audio: Demon roar SFX no longer drops frame rates on affected hardware.

 Lore Updates

• Baal's Final Decision - new lore indicating Baal's inner allegiances and past.

Known Issues

• Aligning with both factions simultaneously may corrupt save files.
• Bleed proc for Sever was proc'ing enemies randomly when applied. 
• Demon NPCs sometimes break character. "Working as intended."
